Result Reporting

DTS screening results can be transmitted to clients in a variety of ways. Clients that are capable of receiving electronic files to upload into their Laboratory Information System (LIS) can take advantage of our FTP process for transmitting electronic files. Nonelectronic clients can receive reports via e-mail as an encrypted password protected PDF (Adobe Acrobat file). Although we currently provide fax reporting we will be phasing this out for security reasons in the near future. Fax reporting will remain a backup method for test result reporting.

Confirmatory/supplemental testing is currently transmitted by fax and e-mail reporting. Again, for security reasons, we will be moving to email and web-based reporting in the near future.
