FAQ: Pricing

  1. How much does relationship testing cost?
$588 for testing the alleged father, mother and child and $196 for each additional child or alleged father. Additional service fees, such as shipping charges up to $150.00 for international shipping may apply.

  2. If the mother does not participate, is it cheaper?
Yes, although the mother's presence is highly recommended as more testing is required when the mother is not available. The cost for testing two individuals is $392.

  3. Can we pay in payments or charge relationship testing?
We accept credit cards (MasterCard and Visa only) and money orders. Payment must be made at time of sample collection.

  4. Will my insurance cover relationship testing?
We do not bill insurance companies, check with your insurance company first to see if they will reimburse you later.

  5. If the alleged father is responsible for paying, can the mother make an appointment for herself and child to be collected?
Whoever is responsible for paying has to come in first and make payment. The other participants can schedule their appointment after the payment is made.
